Yeah Brionnach, do I remember that ride

If I hadn't posted the ride, I wouldn't have gone!

I don't cope well in the heat, and that day I think it ended up at 40+ degrees

While you are moving it isn't too bad, but as soon as you slow to town limits and stop, it gets unbearably hot very quickly.

Ideally I wouldn't head out if it's going to be more than 35 degrees.

I now have a hydration pack to wear. I have used it once already and I loved it, only the water tends to get a bit warm Next time I think I will put ice cubes in as well

Agree with Jim, I have a Shoei X11 with 5 vents, and it does make a HUGE difference...definitely worth the $$$
