A NE Victorian such as myself can confidently say heaps more slippery. Done both and the moss is annoying, ice gets scary at speed. Both are a ton of laughs and giggles when they catch you by surprise though.

Do you tassies think thats enough work for one department? Surely you could fit more in. Perhaps they could me merged with the department of Education, Industry, Finance, Health, Dropped Coffe Mugs, Arts and the Development of Garry's kid's cubby house.
I dunno, but an entire department for only three things sounds a little inefficient to me.
