would be better not to be smoking, but I won't critise cos I'm an ex smoker and I used to knick out for a smoke, I remember the days when patients could smoke in hospital outside the ward.

hmmm not sure about out front as most the hospitals around here are all no smoking now which means you have to be off hospital grounds now. even dandenong hospital have gotten rid of the gazebo where the smokers used to go. like some of the doctors say smokers are the quickest to heal because they wanna be up and out to smoke

here's where my head hit the road - it's about the only part of my head that's not sore, it's numb there... OMG can't beleive all the grey regrowth, oh well alway's wondered what I'd look like with natural hair

geez tracey could of warned me now my tummy is turning again lol just got it settled from watching ice age 3 in 3d ,we learnt not to eat before seeing 3d movies lol
