In the 8 years I spent working for an ISP, the most complaints I received was from the muddy puddle. The usual being trying to get support and there charging structure. They charge premium for everything, thing like spam detection and virus scanning which is free with some ISP's.
Read the contract carefully, look out for long term contracts and exit fees.
Please do your research. What looks well priced today maybe very poor in 12 months and you sign up for 24 months!
