Friday saw me out with the local Fire Brigade & kids collecting for the Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal. Pics to come.

Saturday I was @ the local Primary School & their Easter Market. Got some shots for their newsletter, end of year mag & see what I can manage to get into the local paper.

But for me this is the major stand out of the day.

Pfft..
Keep framing them like that and it won't matter what camera you got...
pinhole, box brownie... disposable or a horsman multifocal field unit with tank proof tripod -

They are nice pics no matter what they came out of!

It aint the camera... it's the eye behind it, yours seems to be doing just fine!

Cheers, it just annoying the amount i have to delete due to not being able to set the focal point and contrast issues etc

The mountain shot was actually done on a crappy $90 kodak easy share special (which normally took crap pictures)

I agree with Dim. The cheap point-and-shoot ones like to not focus on what's in the middle of the crosshairs at times. I'll get a decent camera one day.

For my next contribution, a shot I took of The Hazards last time I was up there:

I need to add, I love the way fire and flames show up in some photos. It's hypnotic some times
