BBQ made very easy on tour.

Seen the post on the swag for camping.

So I thought I would share this thing I seen on the weekend.
Its a mat ....,you just put over a BBQ hot plate and you cook on it.
Its like a plastic and not much thicker than a strong garbage bag, its "about" 2 foot long a 1.5 wide and comes in a box ,like a glad rap box ,it rolls up.

You just put it on top of the BBQ hot plate and cook away as you normally do ,it won't catch fire or melt and your food doesn't stick ,or get BBQ charcoal burn.

I cooked Bacon and eggs on it on the BBQ and when I was finished ,I just cleaned it under a tap with water and whipped it clean ,no need to spend 15 minutes cleaning up the BBQ.

I was amazed how good it was to cook on and clean up ,and thought the tourers might like to get one ,because your out in the bush and the old BBQ plates at the camps site are rusted or dirty and your got to spend 20 minutes cleaning it before you dare put your food on it .You just put this over the BBQ and you good to go.
And being on the bike ,you haven't got stuff to clean the BBQ after cooking for the next person to use, just pick up the mat and find some water to clean it put it away for the next time ,because it can be used again and again and .....
