Yea I was probably one of them slower riders!! haha, was good to meet some of you, (i was on the Bandit 12 2 up)
Ride was great, and it was good to ride with a decent group of people - most of my riding is solo commuting.
Hardest part for me was riding the bandit 2 up - just handles like a boat (90000k old soft shock etc) seems like the smoother i try to ride (change gear etc) the clunkier it gets, its just hard work 2 up, I think the last bike I had (02 R1) was much better 2 up - even Lisa agrees.
On the last leg i could hear Lisa going Ahhrgh in pain when changing gears at 100kmh! her hands were seized on the handles! I had to remove her gloves and helmet at melton!
So yea, I had a ball, and will be there again next year (probably solo! and hopefully the bandit will have an early 90s gsxr 7 or 11 shock) hopefully stefan isn't silly enough to take a 125 again!!

Nah Mick - unless you were in a sidecar - that's what I was trying to politely refer to .

Somehow I missed the pics with being away last week and trying to wade through the 3-gazillion unread posts when I got back - thanks Stefan - they are awesome. You really know how to catch a moment very creatively.
