I find that the only problem with the heat is when your stationary/stuck in traffic.
45deg is the hottest I've ridden in & being my only form of transport I'll just have to put up with it!

I agree you have to keep moving unless you want a your salami and meat balls well done!

It was minus 3 at my front door when I left for work on Friday, that is definately not too hot!
